Pure thrill - sports in Europahalle

For years, Europahalle has had a bubbling atmosphere during suspenseful sports events. Every year in the spring during the LBBW-Meeting, for instance, international sports stars thrill the Karlsruhe audience.

Cultural highlights such as pop concerts and galas are also a fixed part of the calendar of events in Europahalle.

Europahalle consists of a main hall with four parts and a total of about 2.200 m² of usable space. 9.000 places to stand and sit are available for visitors.

Further, the building features a warm-up gym and a multifunctional hall, as well as the Karl-Benz-Saal and the Karl-Wolf-Saal which are separated by a folding wall.

Experience big moments

The thoughtful systems design of Europahalle guarantees optimal flexibility. Not only can it be used as a sports gym, it is also an ideal location for concerts and other events.

Even beyond the city limits, Europahalle stands for suspenseful sports events . Every year during the LBBW-Meeting, for instance, international track and field stars wow the audience.

Europahalle consists of a main hall with four parts (in total 2.200 m² usable spaces) with a total capacity of 9.000 spots for standing and seated visitors.

For organizational matters there are four cash registers plus a cashier's office, 78 work stations with tables for the press, eight radio announcement cabins (soundproof) and a generous area for information, promotion or merchandise booths in the lobby .

In addition, the complex features a warm-up gym (405 m²), a multifunctional and individually adjustable hall (360 m²), as well as Karl-Benz-Saal (260 m²), which is dividable by folding walls, and Karl-Wolf-Saal (208 m²) for different events.
